 Loading declaration

The loading declaration allows calculation of the toll to be paid by transporters and also serves to regulate traffic.

 1.River transporters must declare their loads using a form: the loading declaration containing 3 sheets and available in 4 languages (French, English, Dutch and German)
2.Where to find the forms for loading declarations
They are available in VNF branches and sub-branches, at control locks and from certain intermediaries, brokers and shippers.
You may also download them on this site or on the website of the ministry for transport (Note : to be completed in 3 copies)
3. Where to hand in the loading declaration forms ?
To lockkeepers in charge of collecting them after correctly filling them in.
